5 cl    EKTE Pungent & Geeky
3 cl    Sweet juice from a pineapple
2 cl    Lime juice
2 cl    Egg whites
2 drops    Truffle oil

Handle your shaker well. Start with pineapple juice, lime juice, truffle oil, the egg whites and finally add the EKTE Pungent & Geeky. First shake it with one single ice cube just to give it a whip, then add a bunch so that everything gets cooled down really good. Pour it in a low glass with ice cubes in it and make art with slices of pineapple or a black olive to go on the edge. Enjoy!

5 cl        EKTE Spiced & Rich
2 cl        Juice of a lime
2 cl        Syrup from liquorice root
On top   Tonic

Fill up the glass with ice cubes, add the lime juice, the liquorice syrup and of cause EKTE Spiced & Rich. Finish with tonic and you can even decorate it with a liquorice root or a slice of lime. We have brought you a recipe for making your own homemade syrup. Just look at the bottom of this page.

IT'S 10 O’CLOCK SOMEWHERE PUNCH

 

5 cl    EKTE Dark & Aged
6 cl    Hibiscus Oolong Tea
2 cl    Lemon Juice
2 cl    Honey syrup
2 cl    Plain water

Garniture: Slices of lemon, lemon thyme and star anise

Make the tea and let it cool down. Prepare the honey syrup. Mix all the ingredients including EKTE Aged & Geeky in a bowl and add ice. Decorate with the beautiful garniture. Enjoy sharing with your guests and take them back to the pre-cocktail period, where especially the English court was one of the first movers of Punch in the 17th century.

ROSKILDE FJORD

 

5 cl         EKTE Light & Dry
1 cl         Juice of a lime
2 cl         Sea buckthorn Syrup
5 pcs       Lemon verbena
5 pcs       Lemon balm
On top    Birch Soda or regular soda

Put all the herbs into a highball glass and add the lime juice and the syrup. Gently bruise it a bit to release the delicate flavors from the herbs. Add crushed ice before you pour over EKTE Light & Dry. Fill it up with Birch Beer and serve it smiling with a slice of lime or an untouched leaf from the herbs. Enjoy!
